Bachelor of Design (Architecture)/Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) 双学位——不想做建造管理的建筑师不是好留学生

废话不多说，直接进入主题。

迪肯Bachelor of Design (Architecture)/Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours)这个课程也是我最近挖掘到的一个神一般的存在，具体你们看了就造。

先说下这个专业是干什么的：

Graduates from this combined course may be sought after by private architectural practice firms, government organisations and private companies in property development, building and design. Students may also find employment as a construction manager, estimator, project manager or quantity surveyor in a range of industry organisations such as contractors, property developers and consulting firms.

懂了吧。就是architect 或者 construction manager。 两个 都是移民上面的。点个赞。

1. 兼顾建筑和施工管理 两大移民专业一个课程搞定

我们先来看这个专业本身的设置：

时长5年，毕业后， 即可以得到以下认证：

Australian Institute of Building (AIB)

Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB)

Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS)

Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

如果再读master of architecture ，还可以得到以下认证：

Australian Institute of Architects

Architects Registration Board of Victoria

就可以得到Architects Accreditation Council of Australia

也就是说，毕业后可以通过construction manager 移民，也可以通过继续读建筑master 移民。 读建筑本科的孩纸你有木有想过，万一读完建筑本科以后你不想读研了呢~ 那你起码还能做个construction manager吧。

2. 入学要求低 

雅思要求 为 总分6 小分不低于6。（相当于预科英语C） 直接申请本科已经没有更低的了。你还想怎样！

澳洲预科 GPA 6.5！！ 不是 8.0，不是7.0，只要 6.5！

3. 一年有2个入学时间

一般建筑专业一年只有一次入学就是3月份。这个专业有2个入学时间，三月和七月。语言达不到的话有充足的时间读语言 不会出现 赶不上就要等一年的情况。

4. 学费便宜

27，520/Year 读的可是建筑。我就不多说什么了
