土木工程现在真的走下坡路了吗?

我是一名即将毕业的普普通通的高三学生,听人谈到了土木工程,有一点想报。 但是看到好多答案都说土木工程没有前途,请问真的是这样的吗?又有哪些专业前途比较好呢? 想问知乎的各位知友能给一些建议! 万分感谢!

    国内的情况不太了解,Civil Engineer在澳洲,根据政府公布的数据,未来5年是强劲增长,并且平均工资也不低,周薪1900多澳币,相当于月薪4万多人民币的水平。可能跟悉尼地区的大规模建设有关系。

    This is a very large occupation employing 54,400 workers. The number of workers has grown very strongly over the past 5 years.
    Over the next 5 years (to May 2022) the number of workers is expected to grow very strongly to 65,600. Around 34,000 job openings are likely over this time from workers leaving and new jobs being created.

    • Civil Engineering Professionals work in most parts of Australia.
    • They mainly work in: Professional, Scientific and Technical Services; Construction; and Public Administration and Safety.
    • Almost all work full-time. Full-time workers, on average, work 40.9 hours per week (compared to the all jobs average of 40 hours).
    • Average earnings for full-time workers are around $1,916 per week (very high compared to the all jobs average of $1,230). Earnings tend to be lower when starting out and higher as experience grows.
    • The average age is 35 years (compared to the all jobs average of 40 years).
    • Around 9 in 10 workers are male.
    • In 2016, the unemployment rate was below average.
